THE MISSION
Equipping Central Australia with Gear for the World...
Born from the spirit of enjoying the outdoors, Lone Dingo is the inspiration of Simon and Marianne Reu.
After returning from traveling in Africa, ...& Europe and having spent many a star filled night in the Outback, they could see the value of having reliable and innovative gear at hand. And with the idea that the increasing number of local and visiting outdoor enthusiasts would also benefit from good gear, they became determined set up a place to provide it.
Special environments require equally specialized gear. And in its own ways Central Australia, sitting on the fringe of the Great Simpson Desert, is every bit as unique as the Antarctic or the Amazon. With that in mind Lone Dingo has been pretty choosey about what brands to stock. Gear like Icebreaker merino tops, Northface Down filled vests, Mont waterproof jackets, Camelbak Hydration systems and MSR multi fuel stoves can be invaluable companions the world over.
That's why the team at Lone Dingo strive to lead the way in delivering the best products, the best advice and the best after sale support we possibly can. Basically we just want you to enjoy the outdoors as much as we do.
THE NAME

The Lone Dingo seems to symbolise what so many of us are seeking when we head outdoors.Isolation, intamacy with the environment, a simple existance, a better understanding of ourselves; the motivation behind so many of lifes journeys.Welcome to the world of Lone Dingo.
